Explore Kamloops: Albas Falls

We think these falls are definitely worth the two-hour drive
Albas Falls. (via Nigel Baillargeon)

Nigel Baillargeon recently got in his car and travelled to Albas Falls.

The falls are at the north end of Shuswap Lake.

“When you start your hike from the bottom of the river and make your way upstream, you get to see two waterfalls,” he says.

The drive is just under two hours.

“Before you know it, the landscape changes from sagebrush hills to snow-capped mountains and lush cedar forests.”

KamloopsMatters will feature one of Nigel's videos every week. If you have an adventurous spirit, make sure to check back!
