Not that they'd care, but today is International Cat Day, a day to celebrate all your feline friends.

As part of the 17th annual festivities, the B.C. Wildlife Park is hosting their own shindig to celebrate the province's wildcats (like cougars and bobcats).

The day full of cat-themed events will include bobcat and cougar feedings, a cat scavenger hunt and a cat colouring contest for kids. There'll also be encounters with reptiles and birds, along with other activities, like a giant maze and splash park.

A full schedule of events can be found HERE. Park hours are 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with last admission at 4:30 p.m. Most events happen between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

The park is located at 9077 Dallas Dr.
