Between the legalization of cannabis and the municipal election next week, many people might be looking for an escape hatch in the middle of their week.

So a night out catching a live show might help. Victoria's Jesse Roper is arriving right on time with a show on Oct. 17. With a new album called Access to Infiniti, he's touring again, with a show at The Blue Grotto.

Probably best known for the song Hurricane's Eye, which has over 137,000 views on YouTube, Roper is a regular in B.C. music fests.

Preceding him on stage will be Band of Rascals, another Victoria-based blues and rock act.

Advance tickets for the show are $15 on the KamTix website. Things get started at 7 p.m.

On Our Radar is just a thing we do when we're looking forward to an event or think the public should be aware of it. Think you have something for it? Email us at info@kamoopsmatters.com.
