Kamloops Mounties look for man who robbed Moviemart at knifepoint

A man robbed Moviemart at knifepoint Thursday night (Jan. 10) and the Kamloops RCMP is looking for the public's help in locating the suspect.

According to a press release, the man entered the store at 8:50 p.m. with his face covered and hopped the counter, demanding the cash from the register. The clerk wasn't harmed and the man left the store heading west on St. Paul Street.

The suspect is described as between 5'9" and 5'10", around 145 lbs, with "darker coloured skin." He was wearing a blue baseball cap with an orange brim, a black bandana, a light blue hoodie with black sleeves and with a large DC logo on the front, black sweat pants and blue and black gloves.
